Assistant Controller

From our headquarters in Vught, we work daily with partners, dealers, and production sites both at home and abroad.

To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for an Assistant Controller: someone who keeps the financial records in order and thrives on producing reports that are accurate down to the last detail. In this role, you will not only be processing numbers, but you will also actively contribute to a reliable and well-organized finance department.

What will you do?

As an Assistant Controller, you are responsible for processing and verifying financial data from and for multiple private limited companies. As such, your work forms the foundation for everything that happens in the finance department.

In addition, you will assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings and analyze variances. You’ll prepare financial plans and forecasts and actively contribute ideas on how to further optimize administrative processes. Monitoring internal controls is a natural part of this role.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a meticulous and organized colleague who works independently and takes responsibility for his or her role in the bigger picture. You have completed an MBO+ or HBO degree in Finance & Control, Business Administration & Control, or a related field, supplemented by at least three years of relevant work experience.

You have knowledge of financial processes and administrative tasks, and you know how to combine this with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You are available to work 36 to 40 hours per week. Experience with Business Central and/or Odoo is a plus.
