We control the entire process, from design to production, with our own R&D department and production facilities in the Far East. What will you do?

At SUNS, we provide luxury outdoor furniture and lifestyle products, with as much as a 5-year warranty. It goes without saying that this includes a high service level. As indoor service employee you are responsible for the quick and careful registration and follow-up of service requests. You are the first point of contact for both the customer and the factory and will use your experience and commitment to ensure that everything runs professionally and efficiently. Together with our service field staff you look for the best solutions for customer questions. Thanks to your dedication and accuracy, you ensure that our customers are not only satisfied, but feel truly appreciated.

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a team player who is proactive and solution-oriented, and who understands that service at SUNS should always be of the highest level. You are a strong communicator and know how to speak to customers in a friendly and professional manner. Because we work internationally, a good command of both Dutch and English is necessary and German is an advantage. You preferably have experience in a similar position and know how to create trust with customers through knowledge and professionalism. It is a full-time position in which you are part of a committed team and enjoy working together to make everything run smoothly.
