Sales support

We are SUNS, an international company in Vught that designs, manufactures and sells luxury outdoor furniture. We are growing fast and therefore we are looking for a Sales Support to make our team even stronger. You are the central link in a dynamic environment. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that the sales team can focus on what they do best: making our customers happy.

What will you do?

• – Processing orders and monitoring deliveries
• – Addressing customers via phone and email; friendly, prompt and professional
• – Unburdening the sales team with administration
• – Monitor inventory and make adjustments as needed
• – Updating shop content
• – Interacting with warehouse, sales and customers; you are the spider in the web

No day is the same, but one thing comes back daily: you make sure it’s right.

What are we looking for?

Someone who tackles. Who keeps an overview when it is busy, and answers the phone with a smile. You work accurately, think proactively and feel at home in an international environment.

– Experience in a similar role
– Dutch and English; fluent in word and writing (German and French = nice touch)
– You work in a structured way and independently
– Flexible and stress resistant
– Knowledge of Business Central? That is an advantage.
