Field service representative

We control the entire process, from design to production, with our own R&D department and production facilities in the Far East. What will you do?

At SUNS, we supply luxury outdoor furniture and lifestyle products, and provide a 5-year warranty on them. Of course this includes excellent service! As a Field Service Representative you are the face of SUNS with the customer. You will be on the road to solve service requests, working closely with our indoor service team. You assess the customer’s situation and find the best solution together with them and your colleagues. Thanks to your expertise and attitude, you make sure that customers stay satisfied!

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a real team player. On site, you work independently and always have creative solutions at hand. You work accurately and with an eye for detail. Because you operate in the Dutch market and have contact with customers, a good command of the Dutch language is important. In addition, you are communicatively strong and representative – you are the business card of SUNS! It is a full-time position, where a technical background is a must.
